About Our Audio Conferences and Webinars
A phone- or Web-based seminar is an easy, interactive, inexpensive way to keep your skills up-to-date. Each seminar will include a presentation by an industry expert, plus ample time to discuss questions posed by you and the other seminar participants. Asking a question or making a comment is simple, and the moderator for each seminar will be there to tell you how.
How Do They Work?
An audio conference is much like a large conference call or a call-in radio program. Simply dial the 800 number from your handheld, your speakerphone, or your conference pad, enter the PIN you’ll receive—and you’re connected. For a webinar, you’ll also connect to an interactive Web site. In either case, you can gather a group around the phone (or phone and computer) so everyone can benefit from the presentations and the live Q&A session.
Why an Audio Conference or Webinar?
- It’s easy. The toll-free phone number, the PIN, and any Web site links are sent directly to you by e-mail.
- It’s convenient. You can call and take part from anywhere you have a phone (and Web connection for webinars).
- It’s interactive. The seminar includes plenty of Q&A time.
- It’s a bargain. You needn’t spend extra money or time on travel. And it doesn’t matter how many staff members are in your conference room or how many freelancers are in your group: You can train your whole group for one low, per-site price.
When will I receive my login information?
You will receive your login information (along with any supplemental materials needed for the course) approximately 2-3 days prior to the seminar.
